The Harvard LGBTQ Conference is open to ALL and is not restricted to Harvard affiliates or people who identify as members of the LGBTQ community. We look forward to welcoming you!

REGISTRATION FEE SCALE:

  • Students (ID Required): $20

  • Early Bird General Admission (Before 2/28/19): $25

  • General Admission/Door: $30


Accommodations

Harvard University welcomes individuals with disabilities to participate in its programs and activities. If you would like to request accommodations or have questions about the physical access provided, please contact lgbtqconf@gmail.com or (857) 293-0819 in advance of your participation or visit. Requests for Sign Language interpreters and/or CART providers should be made at least two weeks in advance, if possible. Please note that the university will make every effort to secure services, but that services are subject to availability.

Organization Fair Tabling Opportunity


This year, for the first time, we will offer up to fifteen community organizations the opportunity to share information about their organizations with our 200+ attendees during lunch. If you or your organization would like to reserve a table, please e-mail lgbtqconf@gmail.com for further details.

Parking is limited with metered parking available on Massachusetts Avenue restricted to two hours. We suggest using public transportation. The Harvard Law School is a short walk from the Harvard Square T stop on the Red Line. The MBTA Buses #1, 64, 66, 69, 70, 71, 73, 77, 78, 83, 86, 87, and 96 all pass through Harvard.
